Why do you like working for RHI?
RHI is an international company, with an interesting and rich history. In the refractory world RHI is synonymous with superiority and excellence, as an employee you have to feel some pride in knowing this and also being aware that you contribute towards this. On a very simple and basic level, the word, “refractories” doesn't come across as something glamorous or exciting but refractories is what we do best. It is quite amazing how, what we produce is a critical component of one of the world's most prevalent commodities like steel, cement, lime, glass and many more! The training, the resources, the support and the opportunities that have been provided by RHI is what makes it a desirable place to work.

What do you like best about your job at RHI?
For me RHI has been a rich and challenging experience. I enjoy the complexity of it, the fact that if I apply myself and take each challenge I will see the results. I have always had a firm belief that the value of a whole is the summation of its parts. Over the years I can say that this has held true of my experience at RHI. Coming into work each day with a strong work ethic, along with the support of my managers and colleagues, I am provided with the tools I need to further my abilities and by doing so feel confident that there are always possibilities and doors open to further my own career choices within RHI. The interaction with our customers and the working relationships that has been established with them is definitely a high light as well.
